Durgan

This quaint little hamlet tucked away in the Helford River entrance is approx a 15 minute drive from our dive centre. One of the more popular places for tourists during the summer months, makes this dive site one our less regularly visited. The beautiful sea grass meadow that adorns the shoreline at Durgan is home to a wide variety of species. This seagrass meadow offers protection to juvenile species from predators. However, this seagrass meadow is also very vulnerable and delicate meaning that perfect bouyancy control is required to dive this site so as not to damage this seagrass. Therefore, this site is not for the novice diver.
